Child Development Project
Sidhi was one of the most malnourished districts of M.P., where after the birth of the child, the newborn baby and the lactating mother were kept away from food for three days. Water was given after consulting the local pundits and priests on the auspicious day. With the resolve to remove the evils, the exploratory child development project by the organization was also implemented in the direct development block of Madhya Pradesh by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India
Malnutrition Women Awareness
The work for women and children was started from the year 1994-95 by implementing the Malnutrition Women Awareness Program based on public participation by the organization, which is continuing even though the department does not provide suitable environment and support and the desired grant amount is not released on time. Due to this, the desired target in quality is not achieved.
Adolescent Education
The organization has successfully worked in relation to health and adolescent education in many development blocks of the district through the training of elected public representatives under the Panchayati Raj Act and the Integrated Population Development Program (IPD). A revolution has taken place among women through savings groups. The organization has formed more than 40 self-help groups and has tried to make them self-reliant by encouraging savings. Violence against women is high in the district. The organization is making efforts for resistance and awareness in this direction through self-help groups.
